What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a talented, passionate Lash Technician who takes pride in their work and provides top-tier client experiences.

Responsibilities:

    •    Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions

    •    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workspace

    •    Provide consultations and recommend styles based on client needs

    •    Ensure excellent customer service and client retention

    •    Stay up-to-date with lash trends and techniques

Requirements:

    •    Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Illinois required)

    •    Experience with lash extensions (preferred, but willing to train the right person)

    •    Strong attention to detail

    •    Professional, reliable, and positive attitude

    •    Ability to build and maintain a clientele
